Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to purchases of NotesXD Pro, provided by La Azotea Labs SpA ("we", "our", "NotesXD"). It forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read together with the Paddle Buyer Terms, as payments are processed by our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com.

14-Day Refund Window

We offer a 14-day refund window. If you are not satisfied with your NotesXD Pro purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of the purchase date. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact La Azotea Labs SpA at hello@notesxd.com, or submit a request directly through Paddle. Please include the email address used for your purchase and your order or receipt details so we can locate your Transaction.

Subscriptions & Cancellation

NotesXD Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed monthly at the price shown at checkout (currently US$9.99/month). New installations include a 15-day free trial; no payment is required to start the trial, and you can cancel before it ends without being charged.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Paddle buyer portal (the link is in your purchase confirmation email) or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that.
